Goodwill-West Texas is affiliated with Goodwill Industries International in both name and logo, however each Goodwill functions autonomously within its respective community.

Goodwill-West Texas began in Abilene in 1983 and has expanded to encompass 35 counties. More than 170 employees make up the company, in areas of donations, janitorial services, grounds keeping, and retail.

Our mission is "Providing opportunities for people with barriers to employment." We believe that a rewarding job experience is one of the most fulfilling parts of a person's life.
